​Cancelations

Because of how dynamic the real estate industry is, I understand how things can change in an instant! However, I respectfully ask for 90 min notice to cancel or reschedule photo shoots. If a cancelation occurs within the 90 minute window, a cancellation fee of $25 will be assessed. If I arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled or am unable to access the property, a cancelation fee of $50 will be assessed. I do not foresee any reason to assess fees as communication between us will be open and current.

Rescheduling Due To Weather

If it is raining during your scheduled photo shoot, I can do one of two things...I can shoot the interior since the seller has probably put a lot of work into getting it ready, and then return for exterior photos at the earliest available time when the weather is looking better. Or, I could reschedule the entire shoot to my next available appointment. No reschedule fees will be assessed in either instance since inclement weather is out of everyone's control.
