Room Dimensions & Details
We will measure each room and provide details on the type of flooring, what level it's on, and any special features for input into the MLS system. Add this to any photography package for $50.00
Aerial Photos
10-15 HDR aerial photos shot by an FAA Licensed Drone Pilot. $200.00

Matterport 3D Virtual Tours
The most realistic way to experience a property online! This interactive 3D tour gives viewers the opportunity to virtually "walk through" the property at their own pace. This package includes a 3D interactive walk-through, 3D dollhouse view, and an aerial view of each floor. $189.00 up to 2,500 SF, 6 cents per additional SF.

After 10 years of being a stay at home mom and building a video production company (M.R. Sterling Productions LLC) with my husband, Micah, I began to entertain the thought of expanding our visual promotion options outside of the video production world. It was then that we were officially introduced to Stefanie and here we are!
As of January 2020, God opened the door for Micah and I to become the new owners of Vivid. With great respect and admiration, I follow in the footsteps of the founder of this business. She poured her heart into it and I plan to do the same! We appreciate our faithful customers who have stuck by us through the ownership transition. We are excited that Stefanie is able to be a stay at home mom now and work with us as a photographer and editor. She continues to work with
us, and we are thankful for her! Our relationship with her is truly God given. As the new owner, it is my desire to carry on what was built with integrity, and to continue to be a reliable and professional resource for all of your real estate needs.
A little bit about me... In June of 2001, I married the perfect man for me. He continues to be a loving support in everything I do. I have 4 perfect children. Just kidding, they are perfect for me. I'm thankful for the gift that they are. Noah (15), Josiah (12), Chloe (11) and Arie (8) are supporters of Mom and Dad in their businesses and continue to be stretched in their home and school responsibilities. In my "spare" time, I teach piano lessons and serve at our local church on the worship team singing and playing as often as I am able. Above all, I pray that my work reflects the God I love and serve. At the end of the day, He deserves all the glory.

Stefanie Supplee - Photographer
After 6 years of running Vivid Life Photography LLC as a side business through college and into my first job, I knew I wanted to build my photography business into my full time career. While majoring in Photography and minoring in Entrepreneurship at Millersville University, I focused my side business on photographing sports, portraits, engagements and weddings. After graduating I was hired to do the advertising for a real estate company in Lancaster. As I worked to advertise hundreds of homes, I realized that one of the most important and most overlooked details by agents while listing a property was the photos they used. From social media, to web browsing, to the MLS system, to print media, photos are the first thing to grab the buyers'
attention, and are what prompts them to look at more info or move on. I set out to use my photography training in a whole new way to help real estate agents, and thus, Vivid Home Real Estate Photography was born. I am so thankful God has opened the door for this opportunity, and I'm continually amazed at his work in my life and through my business.
Micah Durling - Owner & Videographer
After working for 12 years in corporate America, Micah was given the opportunity to pursue his dream and passion of video production. He founded M.R. Sterling Productions LLC in 2016 and has been running hard ever since. He believes that they key to a great video is not just telling a story (everyone does that), but having a sense of timing and great visuals. Micah enjoy all things flying, camping, and his family. He is passionate about studying God's word and teaching it to others whether at church or as part of a small group.
